Rude, doesn’t know a thing about their products
Took 15 minutes to try to get a simple order together and when they told me their review policies had changed. I told him that would reflect the review and they said that was disrespectful because I was gonna give them a lower review. A lower review is not disrespectful. It reflects the quality of service on getting and it was lacking this time compared to what it was. And she had to put me on hold for every question cause she knew nothing about the products.

This weed is pretentious.
It smells and looks pretty good but when you file for an effect, it does nothing! 70 bucks and it won’t even get you stoned. This must be for those mumble rapper enthusiasts. Pretentious weed from pretentious grower, do better! you have $65 half ounces not $70 eights. Definition of pretentious.

Nice trolling.
I used to pay 40 and eighth they trolled saying they’d never raise the price and now I can’t find it for under 45. I quit smoking this brand and found another one. That’s better valued. Their other strains aren’t as good so they must’ve got lucky on the grow. The other strands are still at their $40 mark. but I don’t buy flawless anymore at a principal.

Annoying to try to order.
They’re delivery only and when you call them, the answer the phone saying you have to place the order online. Not everybody can do online orders, they didn’t even tell me what the website was. It’s unfortunate. They’re the only ones that have the strain I like, but I can’t do business with them.

When is third choice ever as good as first?
They are usually over staffed which is good for the rush but maybe somebody should do your inventory? It takes a while to make a selection and after you do they have you wait in line but they keep the sold out stuff on the floor and you have to keep getting out of line to make another selection just for them to say it’s out of stock too. I have an idea: take some of the 8 employees floating around and have them remove the product when you sell the last one. Simple, professional service shouldn’t be this hard to obtain. You guys make the industry look like trash and give it a bad name. When is third choice ever as good as first choice?

I’m reluctant to write this because I don’t want them to jack up the price. This is not for everybody but this is smoke that will impress a grower. Heavy, tasty, euphoric, relaxing Indica, good night.

They have some really respectable value smoke, they have the bomb, this place has it all. As a premium flower connoisseur I was delighted to see there were some worthy flowers at a value price.

Not for indica smokers
It’s soft & crystaly kind of spicy, energetic, a little harsh, not relaxing, not euphoric, not sweet, not tasty, nothing you want an Indica to be. Ultimately not enjoyable and I’m stuck with a half that dose not get me high :( Do not confuse this with LA Kush Cake which is an amazing Indica dominant hybrid.

50% hidden tax
Smoke is good not complaining about quality. They will put a $60 price tag and it’ll cost you $90 there’s 50% hidden fees. It makes you feel like you’re getting scammed and not getting a fair value for your money. Other places or more upfront about what it will cost you this place charges way more than everybody else and they are not better.

Dishonest? or Incompetent?
Every time there’s an issue here. They forget a product, They double charge, they’re either dishonest or they’re incompetent. Security guard is very rude.

It’s Pretentious & Overpriced
Some of the weed is pretty good but all they do is change you a lot more than it’s worth and than is fair. They simply see how much they can get away with charging people. Soon some 1/8 will be over $100 for 3.5g WTF?! (Luxury weed at fools price...You can grow it now, it’s legal, why does it cost more than ever?) I’ve enjoyed good conversations there a few times but some of the inexperienced employees have quite the ego. To sum it up, they’re average with extraordinary prices.

It sucks getting scammed.
DO NOT BUY THEIR CARTS!!! I bought cartridges & they failed just using an abx with no button no temperature control. They replaced one of the grams strait up no charge just brought it back with packaging and got another, and it failed too. They did not do anything for that one. So I paid for one and got two broken ones. I had an other one fail this one was a 1/2 gram so I called, I told them I keep getting broken carts and they need to call the supplier and fix it. I didn’t even want anything because time & gas. Manager told me they would give me a full gram if I came back, I even called ahead so there wouldn’t be any surprises everything was set. So I get there and Managers nowhere to be found after waiting around, Apologizes says they have some new stuff and it’s going to be five dollars. I figured the $5 was because I was getting an extra .5g but after I opened my bag I found out he charged me just to exchange it. When I called back again they smugly said the matter is closed &
