In many ways, the work of a reviewer is easy. We risk very little, yet enjoy a position over those who offer up their work and their selves to our judgement. We thrive on negative criticism, which is fun to write and read. But the bitter truth we reviewers must face is that the average employee's honest hard work is worth more then our opinion designating it so. To say that the hard work and professionalism of Cole smead has encouraged me to return is a gross understatement. Ill be returning soon, hoping to receive his expertise.
