They schedule several patients at the exact same time. They make you schedule an appointment to come in but what they don’t tell you if they schedule 11 other people for that exact same time. So it doesn’t actually matter if you have an appointment or not! They expect people to schedule an appointment and then sit in the waiting room for a few hours. This is absolutely pathetic! These people are not about helping other people or even about ensuring that things are done correctly. All they care about is their money!!! I would not recommend this place if it was the only place within 100 miles to get your card!
