I have been coming to JARS for almost 2 years. Love the staff and the Team. Matt is awesome and always super accommodating. However recently they removed the medical line, so all medical patients have to wait in the same line as recreational. There are 3 other dispensaries closer to my house that I will be going to from now on because of this decision. Having a medical card means different things, and having a priority lane for those patients shows you truly care. Not having one shows how you care about the med patients. Why get rid of it? Was it hurting someone? Those lines are brutal and some med patients can't handle that. Order online? sure I could do that at any dispensary, but I don't at JARS because of the service and opportunities for the Budtenders to upsell me on other items. If they don't bring back the medical line, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Sorry to the staff that has nothing to do with those decisions, they are all great, but someone is making this decision for no cause. They obviously aren't considering the medical patients.
