I want to love this place but the staff doesn’t seem to have a great concept on customer service. Unless you get the manager so far all other bud tenders have been less than exceptional. When I call ahead of time to check on deals (as website doesn’t seem to stay up to date) the last two times I’ve received the response “I’m not sure” and they let me go not checking. Would be great to see the place filled with professionals who are knowledgeable on the products and the stores current sales.

As a regular I always have exceptional experience when going to Bazonzoes. Specifically I had an exceptional experience with bud-tender Geoffrey. Highly recommend for quality products and rememberable shopping experience.
