WRONG PRODUCT — NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND I chose this store because it’s only 2 miles from my home. Turns out thatwas misrepresentation and they are located over 10 miles across the other side of Los Angelas. What should have been a simple order became an incredibly frustrating experience. The store sent me the wrong product and admitted they had misread the labels. Instead of immediately correcting the mistake, they first tried to convince me I would like the incorrect product better. I asked for what I actually paid for. After waiting over an hour with no ETA, they cancelled the replacement delivery due to 3+ hour waits and then offered a refund. They then cancelled the refund as well. They acknowledged their mistake, yet I still have neither the product I purchased nor my money back. I gave them multiple opportunities to resolve this, and the issue remains unresolved. Extremely disappointing customer service.
