Great delivery service!

They advertise a 4 pack and charge you a lot for one single bottle. I ordered from here just to tried these.

They took over an hour to deliver and incorrect order. Tried to tell the delivery guy it was supposed to be a 4 pack, not a single bottle. I explained it to him a couple of times in English and he wasn’t understanding. So I thought maybe he spoke Spanish and explained it to him a couple of times in Spanish. I realized he spoke a different language OR was pretending not to understand. I walked away and told him I’d take it up with the office. I called the office and my call rang the first 3 attempts, I called for 15 minutes. The next calls when straight to voicemail. They were ignoring my calls. I called back today and got a refund for the missing drinks. The taxes aren’t refunded, the $5 I paid to use cashless pay and my $5 tip to the driver gone. Worst experience when trying to just have a chill time with friends after work. I do not suggest ordering from here. I’ve lived in Long Beach for 5 years, there are many other places that won’t give you this nightmare experience!

Delivery time is always unpredictable and lack of communication with ETA is challenging to get after placing order.

Phone number in app wasn’t working and there was no way to get an ETA or response to my question until order was almost here.
