Bought a product in the AM, wasn’t what I thought it was and came in to discusss with the shop Shop communicated w/me it’s a California Law they can’t complete returns /Exchanges but asked me what I was looking for and then went to the back, came back with something better then I bought and apologized for the miss communication THIS IS HOW ITS DONE TO ANY/ALL business ownwers , thanks guys
