Room for improvement
Alright, so I this is my first time using WM. I was hoping to have a much more frictionless process. This isn’t to publicly shame the company, rather, communicate some clear areas of needed improvement that I hope WeedMaps(WM) and this collective can adhere to. I was quoted about 1 - 1.5 hrs for delivery time, however, it took 4 hours I called and asked for a veteran or first time user discount. They said yes over the phone, but tried to charge me upon delivery for more. And then tried to argue with me about it I asked for discreet delivery and it was not discreet in the slightest. Great service if implemented properly!
