They got the total $ owed wrong, then I had to wait ~10 minutes outside my house while the driver talked to their dispatch to sort it out. Not sure whose fault it was, but, regardless I didn’t appreciate having to stand outside my house for 10 minutes while they figured out why the bill was higher than quoted even when they actually delivered fewer items than I had ordered (so I owed less than the original total, not more as they claimed when they first came to my door). Normally they do everything fine, this time it wasn’t, I just hope it doesn’t recur.

When you pay for something but don’t get it, and the company doesn’t have it available and doesn’t refund you, the word for that is fraud.

They didn’t include the battery pack I paid $20 for. It wasn’t in the bag or anything, which I only realized the next day. When I called asking about it they didn’t have it in stock. But they didn’t offer a refund or anything. So I basically just threw $20 away for absolutely nothing. I have given this store thousands of dollars of my own money. This was an extraordinarily disappointing experience.
