I had a terrible experience originally with this collective because of their drivers And I wanna say, I tried them again due to their message and they exceeded expectations. They went out of their way to make it a great experience through in some free stuff and communication was incredible. I would definitely come back.

Advertise free joints on the website nothing was received The delivery drivers I received were very rude not friendly at all. I usually leave a large tip, but I tip based on service and this was terrible. I will not be using this company again.

I’ve ordered from this company many times in the past I received a defective unit jeeter disposable I contacted the company. It was close to 10 o’clock at night and their response. Was they need to get their defective unit back before they give me any kind of refund or they can send me a new unit of the same item which is almost a year old for any other replacement they wanted me to pay the difference. This is terrible customer service and I’m not sure that I will be back in the future.

We’re honestly confused by this review because we did everything we could to resolve the situation. Both cartridges were exchanged for you, the replacements were tested and are working properly, and we also refunded your money. Even though the products were replaced and working, we still went the extra step of providing a refund to make sure you were taken care of. We always stand behind our customer service and make every reasonable effort to resolve product issues. We appreciate your past business, but we feel this review leaves out important details about how the situation was actually handled and resolved
