Would give zero stars if possible. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I arrived before closing with the OPEN sign illuminated and the door unlocked. An employee with reddish hair, a beard, and a hat spent several minutes casually chatting with another customer AFTER completing their purchase while I waited patiently in the lobby. When that customer finally left, it was ONE minute past closing. The employee glanced at his watch and informed me I would not be served. I arrived on time and was only denied service because this employee chose to socialize rather than assist a waiting customer. His dismissive attitude and complete disregard for customer service were astonishing. If you’re going to refuse service at closing, lock the door and turn off the OPEN sign. Don’t knowingly leave customers waiting inside and then turn them away because you wasted their time. Incredibly rude and unprofessional. I will never return.
