The order itself was great as usual. But who knew the last time I called in would Be the last time I’d be calling in to place an order. They have a message saying there’s a high call volume so all orders need to be done online. However my address isn’t recognized which is why I call in and it gives me a chance to see what’s in stalk. I guess they don’t have time for that now which is super unfortunate because those small fun conversations keep me coming back. Everything is digital or virtual but the human contact should’ve stayed the same. Spoke with the manager and that could’ve very well been the opportunity remedy the issue and maybe just take my order just this once but that didn’t even happen, the manager too confirmed they don’t have time to be on the phone due to policy change. After a few years of using this service, you definitely lost as a customer.
