They sell malfunctioning products labeled as “top shelf products”. Bought two 2G Frozin AIO, both stopped working after 3-4 uses. First one just stopped working, so they swapped. The second one leaked over half of the product out of the charging port, and they refuse to replace it or swap it. Would be zero stars if I could make it. Needless to say, won’t be going back to Urban Wellness when I return to Hobbs.

I’ve bought 2 of these Frozin 2G Live Rosin aio’s and they both hit super good for the first like 5-6 hits and then after that you literally cannot heat it up enough for a good hit. I’ve tried two different flavors and same exact thing. Tastes dummy fire but doesn’t work. Save your money.
