I have ordered from High Tide in the past. I placed an order this time and I was told that they can’t make out my ID on Weedmaps. Then they asked me to send them my mail with my name and address on it, which I did. Then they asked me to take a selfie with my ID for proof. Then they asked for a new copy of my ID because my old one was expired. I then asked them to send me a pic of their computer screen so I can see what they were referring to and they told me they were not able to send pictures out on their phone. A man then interjected himself into the conversation. I asked to see if they could use the gentleman’s phone to take a picture of their computer screen since his phone should be able to do that. Then they hung up on me. Be aware. This place seems like fraud. I am making a complaint with Weedmaps as well.
