drivers don’t inform me very well on whereabouts as well as bud options, so far every order has been substitutions for what I have previously ordered, I have to reach out on my own for eta’s, and they always take 2+hrs, I haven’t received any sort of “inconvenience package” and seeing as I spend about $200 a month, it makes me feel very uncared for as a customer. at the end of it all you should want and reward loyal customers for sticking by you, instead of taking their hard earned money and valuable time for granted.
