I love Purple Star MD(been here like 50 times in the last 2 yrs), best quality meds & amazing prices. The only reason I give it a 4 star, the pickup process is frustrating. I ordered 8:30am for pickup, I go in at 12:30pm & there’s NO line for regular customers & only 1 ahead for pickup. While they were helping the person ahead of me, about 5 walk ins showed up & got helped in front of me even though I was waiting outside for like ten min.... should I have just gone to the other line & reordered? Then I get inside & they didn’t have my order ready so Im there for 10 more min while they search for my cartridges which haven’t even been packed after 4 hours (so I waited for a pickup that wasn’t ready and then had same experience as if I walk in). When I complained I was told that I have to wait because pickup gets better discounts BUT it was Tuesday so I always order for the 20% off cartridge discount which applies to pickup & walk in. Nothing special. Bad experience this time which never happens, but I think management should be aware. I plan on coming back 50 more times & recommend this place to anyone this is more just a feedback review :)

I work near the Mission so I love being able to hit up this spot at 8am on the way to work! Amazing selection of concentrates from the $20/g shatter to $40/g out the door for a 1g cartridge, to $34 for Raw Garden Sauce, or their $30/g house gelato live resin. Anyways, love the value for quality and how quick they are at filling orders. Never a line. Parking is the worst part of the experience but that’s a given for their location in the mission.

Ordered from here several times—great prices, great delivery time, amazing quality meds. I usually get 4g of their house brand wax 4g/$100, best deal in town. They take cards, cash, even bitcoin! Even send you a tracker of their driver when they are 20 min away. I ordered a day in advance last time and got a 10% discount which essentially covers the tax. This is how you do a delivery service!
