Excellent Customer Service! Fast, efficient and friendly!

As a first time patient, I was surprised at how friendly the staff is at The Reef. My budtender Alex was extremely knowledgeable about the products as well as efficient during the whole process. Needless to say, I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!! Keep it up guys 😊

It is with a heavy heart that I write this review. You see, my days as a NorCal resident is coming to an end. I will be moving back to LA and am saddened that I will be parting ways with Cookie Co 831. I've never been to a collective where I genuinely felt like a part of the crew. Needless to say, I will truly miss you guys. Continue with the quality service and selection of quality flowers, concentrates, edibles, etc. Love y'all and will definitely miss ya!

so my car was broken into last week and they stole everything from me. this must be one of America's dumbest criminals because they used my account on Amazon to change my delivery address to theirs in addition with their phone number. I now have the identity of the person who broke into my car, so my things, and vandalized the hell out of my interior. I have submitted this information to the local police station and I am confident that Justice will be served. as such, it is now time to celebrate and medicate with some delicious flowers from the Cookie Co 831!

So I came in the other day and I completely forgot that the COokie Co. 831 was closing early for one hour. I arrived at 2:56 p.m. and the door was already locked. SInce this was an error of mine, I had no problem with sitting in the car for an hour until they opened again. Rather than let me do that, the guys at the Cookie Co. 831 unlocked their doors, came to my car, and allowed me to come in and purchase my meds. I am beyond grateful for the quality service I have received from the guys here and will always remain a loyal client!

I'm a little sad that you guys are out of Strawberry. That flower was amazing! Guess I'll satisfy my palate with another quality flower of your menu!

Is this summer or spring time? with all this awesome weather, it's so hard to tell! better enjoy it while I can with some awesome flowers from Cookie Co. 831! Since I'm in such a bubbly mood, I'll medicate on some of their bubblegum! It's delicious!!

Previously, I left a review about the SnickleFritz. I had mixed feelings about this flower at first, but I must say that now, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!

So normally I leave good reviews but I have mixed feelings about the SnickleFritz. It's a good deal at 4g for a $15 donation, but the amount of seeds it comes with takes away from the total weight of the flower itself. On the positive note though, all the seeds can be planted for personal harvest so I guess it's a 2 for 1 win! With that logic, I will be donating towards another ⅛ of the SnickleFritz in order to medicate on the flower AND begin cultivating my own plants!

$20 donation for an ⅛ of Iranian Flower?!? You guys better come down now before it flies! It's oh so good!!!
