Super duper fast and the driver was excellent

Only got one of two items. KIT unhelpful. $1800 spent here over the last 6 months. They will not get one more dime from me

Aftere months of ordering and spending thousands of dollars I can no longer supporrt FROST. Customer service manager KIT refused to assist me this morning. I had a delivry of 2 small items, $31, I tipped well. Driver sped off without allowing me to look in package. ONE item was missing. $11. KIT refused to asssist me, couldn't verify that I didn't recieve my item. I WILL NEVER order from FROST again and I encourage you to not do so either... KIT is the worst customer service person I have encountered in a long time. THOUSANDS of dollars spent there in the last several months and this is how I'm treated. Shaking my head
