Great products, nice employees, accurate etas (don't mind if it's a bit on the longer side, they told me it would be upfront & wasn't unreasonable). The house RSO darts are definitely worth checking out for the price and quality for people who medicate with those. Seriously, those are some of the highest quality RSO darts I've had in awhile & I get around! Kudos ♡

I ordered three ceramic live resin carts and some Apple Fritter flower for my first order here. One of my ceramic carts came cracked and I texted about a replacement and got a response right away. The gentleman I spoke with was very kind and apologetic (I really don't even blame him, it was dark out and ceramic carts are VERY fragile compared to others, I 100% chalk it up to bad luck > negligence or laziness). It was right near closing time and he asked if I'd be okay with him running a replacement to me in the morning. That worked perfect for me. The next day he dropped off a fresh Banana Dosi cart (fantastic, btw!) along with a baggie full of extra goodies. He also let me know I could keep the broken cart and salvage whatever I was able to from it. I feel like they really went above and beyond to compensate for a mistake anyone could have made *very* easily. Clearly this company will strive to deliver positive experiences even on relatively small purchases from new patients. :)

Ordered @ 11:50am for delivery from Portland-Falmouth and had that frosty, fragrant, affordable mixed ounce in hand by 12:18pm. Now that is an excellent turn-around! I also really appreciate the no frills packaging and straight-forward approach. It keeps costs lower for customers and the caregiver and lets the medicine speak for itself.

The best taffy I have ever had, medicated or unmedicated. You'll have to fight the urge to eat them all!

I used to take a pack of these home after work at the dispo, these are easily my favorite caramels on the block. The texture is never quite right on other medicated caramels, but these have it on lock every time.
