ordering was easy! i was a little afraid since the reviews were claiming the 1st timer discount 30% off was not true. after speaking with them they linked me to the government site that breaks down the tax. pretty much the discount is tax off. not sure why people are getting upset. it states on their site too that tax is not included. oh well, can't wait to try my new stiizy biiig ^^
