Put in an order at 547pm. They advertise 30-60min delivery. Emily informs me it will be 60-90mins instead. No problem. 2 hours later no order. Emily where is my order? “Well it won’t be there until 9pm now”. To late order somewhere else so I guess that has to work. 9pm no order. Now Emily says oh 937pm. Well order got here at 945ish. Yes 4 hours later. That’s not the worst part. You pay cash they ask if you need change. Well I didn’t get my change. So now driver gets extra cash for making a delivery 3 hours late. He doesn’t carry change so at this point take my order give him the finger and you lost a customer that has been loyal for over 4 years. I really like a couple people that work here but this isn’t the first horrible delivery that Emily is part of. They should never give you names when they are awful at what they do. Letting me know that you can’t make a deliver is the right thing to do and not after 4 hours of wasting my time. After 9pm I can’t order any where else. Hands were tied on this one but I’ll never order or set foot in here again. To LB wellness get it together.

Parking is a pain. Flowers are good, just not a fan of pre weighed bags. Sometimes it’s good but mostly everything is super dried out when you open it up. A little pricey but it’s expected it’s Belmont Shore. I feel like I’m always waiting when I’m there. Either to go back in the room or there is only one person working. So don’t go in thinking you’ll be in and out quickly. Nice addition to Belmont shore.
