Hey there weeder61! Let me first apologize for the confusion and him throwing away your receipt -- probably would've helped clear some confusion -- but allow me to explain. For our State's Marijuana Law, we STILL have to tax at the very least cannabis on our side (7%), or at the very least show that you were taxed that - - for compliance. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- However in our system, when we check you in -- we have 3 different tiers -- Tax Exempt (8% off), Veterans (10% off), and a new tier that combines for (15% off). Now the system will AUTOMATICALLY price & display the items with the discount because you are in that SPECIAL GROUP TIER. Unfortunately you will not see a discount, you would just see a lower price than advertised. (example Usually its 17.26 for $20 carts, but with vets it would show $15.32, --- which you wouldn't know you got a discount unless you knew the original price.) --- So you do in fact, receive your discount. HOWEVER, you will still see taxes being applied at the bottom of the sales receipt -- for state laws and compliance. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------Once again, we're sorry for the confusion it was an honest mistake -- we will be more than willing to BUY you a PENNY 3.5g from our top-shelf to make it up to you -- and allow us to show you where we gave the discount and SHOW you how our system works -- then I can also show you the special pricing group you were put under. So as far as the tax exempt goes, When we first add a patient in our system that is tax exempt, we set it to tax exempt , so that it takes the taxes out automatically. I reviewed your order and you will be happy to know that you were not charged any taxes. So you are good to go on the Tax Exempt. As far as giving you an indica cartridge over a Hybrid cartridge, I really apologize for that and we will make sure our budtenders are paying closer attention to things like that.
