Purchased 3oz of shake on their 3/$25 deal. Got home and discovered I had bags of trim, not shake. All leafy bits and stem. Called them the next morning and was told to text the store clerk photos of what was in the bag. No apology, no offer to fix it. Stated he would get in contact with the owner, and call me back. Never called back. *I* called back 5 hours later after no response and talked to Taylor, who reached out to the owner for me and called back 15 minutes later to tell me I could bring them in for a refund. I brought them back and was refunded- still never heard any kind of ownership or apology from anyone. Wouldn’t trust their products to be what they’re labeled, or for them to stand by what they sell. I’ll go somewhere else from now on- Mango has better shake at the same price and no 20 minute drive. BTW- apparently Phenom Cannabis and Delta 9 Exotics are the same shop (per one of the employees)

The woman with a red bandana and mushroom earrings (I didn’t get her name) was VERY knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I needed. Will be a repeat customer- I came from OKC and it is worth the short drive. Ten stars!

Came in planning to buy some flower- had questions about percentage and strain, young woman was my budtender and seemed annoyed I was even there, and the flower she looked up didn’t have information in the system, which we found out after she discovered the strain I’d asked about on the shelf after telling me they didn’t have any. While she was(n’t) helping me, another guy that worked there- heavyset with a beard- opens a vape package and tells her she ought to try it, it’s new. She walks away from me with jars of flower on the counter and hits the vape. I said no thanks and left. Seriously? I get that budtenders are probably buzzed all the time, but you’re selling something people are using for medicine. Some level of professionalism is appreciated.
