Went through the entire sign-up process, gave them all my personal info and placed an order. I was not too happy with the 2-3 hour estimated delivery but I went with it. 4 hours later I called to see what happened to my order. "What order?" as they "lost" it because it "did not get entered in both systems"? I cancelled the order despite their "Oh, we are so sorry" and declined their 25% discount as I found a cheaper, better delivery service while I was waiting for Ohana to come through for me. "Ohana" is Hawaiian for family but I felt no aloha coming from this group.
