The budtender got my order wrong and I had to drive back, he was also the manager! Completely fuckd my order and made me pay more and had to drive back. I really wish these guys would know what kind of products they sell. Super unprofessional to not even check and just say we're out of stock. I had to come back and tell him what AND show him on their own products. Unbelievable.

Hello, this place is great. But the times listed of when they’re open is really frustrating. There’s 5 different times listed on different sites.

Usually top notch but not anymore.
This isn’t my usual spot usually because of the higher prices and delivery fee. But when I do get from them they’re always 60 min maximum. This time it’s been 3 hours and it hasn’t even been out for delivery. I will not trust this shop anymore as my trust has been broken. I can’t wait 3 hours, they need more drivers on the road or better communicators. Nothing has been communicated for 3 hours. Shitty service do not use.

We apologize for the lack of communication and we are still working on a more accurate way of giving out customers an ETA and tracking. On the next delivery, there should be a text message in your phone with a link to track your driver and also given an ETA. Hope to hear from you again. - The GLS Team
