Goodness I LOVE this store. From the budtenders to the product to the prices you can not go wrong!!

Once again I come in for something on the menu and it is not even on the floor yet. In fact, it is listed as a pre packaged deal and I was told it's probably not coming down as a pre packaged item.

THIS IS ONLY IN 5 STAR TO HOPEFULLY KEEP THE POST UP FOR A WHILE....I had given them a negative review within the past 3 months....low and behold, it seems to no longer exist. The review was for BAD customer service and their decision to place a certain employee as management. He got pissy if you asked if he had tried a strain of flower...stating "I don't smoke flower" with an attitude like I had no right to ask about the weed I'm buying. I have since taken 100% of my business elsewhere!

I work. Bargain bin Mondays are evidentally only available for people who don't work on Mondays. It used to be I could call and have a gram set aside for when I get off work around noon-12:30. THEN for a while I couldn't.THEN I could. NOW today I called and they refused. I WILL BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO GO ELSEWHERE!! I'LL PAY MORE, BUT THE BUD WILL BE MUCH BETTER, AND SO WILL THE SERVICE!!!

I came in, bought 3 different grams, stating "b" buds on 2 of them. got 1 gram of "b" buds and the other 2 regular priced, essentially charging me $5 more than I should have paid. When I called to question it, I was told they were out of the particular "b" bud I had wanted. My problem is, I asked for "b" buds and was given and charged for the other without being told, and then when i phoned to questioned it all I was told was "sorry, bye". $5 may not seem like much, but it is MY $5!!! Gauranteed I'll be watching like a hawk from here on out!!

Went in today for some bud. Was told that covid orders state we cannot smell the strains.(I have been able to smell the product at every other store no issues) When I stated that was not a covid regulation, the employee admitted it was due to customer complaints and not regulations. What it comes down to is if I cant smell it, then I'm NOT going to spend my money on it. Period. I will NEVER get bud here again. In fact, once I use my percentage off by the end of the year, I'm pretty sure I wont be back at all. I DON'T LIKE BEING LIED TO...

WHEN I get a chance to make it to that side of the Valley, I am always happy...really nice but at really good prices!

The flower that I got is really nice..stoney and large nugs. My problem is they state they grow their own strains, but their prices do not reflect that at all. Their prices, in my opinion, are some of the highest I've seen here in the Valley. Along with that, they have no opening day specials to speak of. They stated they WILL have specials, but don't know when or what. I will give them another try..the weed IS good, but unless the prices change, I don't think I'll shop here with any frequency.

Tried these guys for the first time yesterday. The Aurora Haze a bit scraggly looking, but for the price...WOW..it is really stoney!! I was very happy with their prices. Love the wooden nickles!!

Budtenders need to be absolutely SURE of a sale before telling people. Had my Hope's up all night after being told there was a super special on a 1 gram cart today.(I was looking specifically at carts when I was told about the sale) When I called to find out the straun/type it was, I was told it was a sugar, not a cart. I only do green, carts, and keif. No HUGE biggie..just got my hopes up for nothing.. :(

Everything I have ever bought grown specifically by green degree has seeds. Some of their budtenders carry their **** stirring sticks in their pockets and use them at will. Watch what you say....chances are it WILL be reapeated.

love the pre-rolls...they are a full 1g and no schmeg!! never had one with stems or seeds like so many others!!

Went for the first time today..REALLY wishing they were closer to home because their flower is incredible! I commented on all the crystals on the buds and told my bud tender they did not look keifed like most places. I was told they don't do that to their bud. nice buds, nice price, big high. Who loves Matanuska Cannabis Company?? It's me!!

It would be nice if you all would communicate better with each other. for 2 weeks I have been trying to get an item that I was told was out of stock. I have called or gone in almost daily with no luck. Today I call only to be told they have had it off and on the past week or two and just sold the last yesterday and it would be 2 weeks until they see more. It seems that nobody knows when a product will be in, or if it is even if it is in stock.

they may be a little pricey, but the pre rolls are the best around. way less shakey tasting than most.

I was in there last Sunday. Made a purchase that came to $111.00. After getting it home I realized there was no reciept, and the prices on each item added up came to nearly $10 less than they charged( I don't believe there would be nearly $10 in taxes) Did not receive a call back when I left a message to discuss the discrepancy. Feel like I was taken by snake oil salesmen....they were sooo friendly when I got there, making me feel at ease. I should have known it was an iffy place when my bud tender took a 1/4 and broke it down to an 1/8th right there. There are so many other places to go that have treated us so much better..we won't be back.
