I went to their own site to make an account and place my order, which is awesome- less room for error when order is online. But I was torn between the tinctures. So rather then go thru hours of research, I called up and a nice young woman answered and guided thru the different paths of tincture effects and brands. She even looked up my address on the spot so I could have a spot on eta. And the driver really showed within that time, they got a good business going on in Santa Monica.
