We got to Caroline's just before a huge crowd but still had to wait on line outside to get in because the place is tiny. We felt rushed bc of the huge line behind us of people waiting outside in the cold. Grabbed a menu and quickly made our choices as we approached the cashier. We had a few questions but you could tell she didn't really have the time to spend answering them and we didn't have the time to read the entire menu before reaching check out. I couldn't believe how expensive everything was and all the taxes! Crazy! Haven't used anything yet but will update when we do. To be fair, I only have the shops in Portland Oregon and Seattle Washington to compare to and we had really good experiences there where we were able to talk to the person behind the counter to discuss differences in product and get recommendations. The experience in Portland Oregon wasn't rushed and we felt very informed and comfortable. The prices were also SO much cheaper there!
