I used to shop here regularly, but I won't be bothering again. Yesterday I made an order online. 5 minutes later, the order was confirmed by text. I drove all the way down busy 28th and when I arrive, they rudely tell me to choose something else because they can't fulfill my simple 2 item order. When I complained about my messed up order and was indecisive, the budtender went in the back. Next, some "manager" who didn't even really introduce himself came out being aggressive and argumentative to pick something new or get out. This manager was very disrespectful - for example casually swearing and raising his voice. He told me that the store just get a bunch of prepacks sent to them in the mail from corporate HQ. The manager never apologized for the messed up order, instead he had an attitude of pick something else or get out and acted like I was a nuisance. After consistently shopping here a while, I feel that this company actively engages in bait and switch false advertising. Meaning that they list a whole bunch of good deals on their website but when you arrive to pick up your confirmed order they tell you that they've already sold out of that item.
