Wow..What a wonderful experience. Upon arrival we were greeted by the most friendly staff anyone could ask for. They took time to give one on one personal service and answer all our questions, making this a most enjoyable experience. And they were so nice to the point of even laminating my card. We will most certainly be return customers. Highly recommended! (no pun intended).

As an older couple we often experience younger staff members at some of the dispensaries will talk down to us as senile old people...LOL...I guess they forget we were indulging long before most of them were even a gleam in their parents' eyes! Not so at Bloom Sedona. Excellent staff, very professional and made us feel relaxed and comfortable. Any questions we had were answered professionally and completely. Very nice facility in a quaint little spot attached to a small brew pub. Parking was easy and very accessible, on the side of the Sedona Beer Company, or along the back of the building, with a shared open courtyard. The only downside was the rear parking area could use some work, but still very accessible. Thanks Bloom Sedona...We will be back.

We enjoyed our visit to LiT. Friendly and professional staff, from the Security personnel and registration (our first visit) to the gorgeous and sweet Budtenders. Very helpful and even searched for a potentially out of stock product..which she did find for me...A+ service (I am sorry I didn't get her name, but the tall pretty blonde working yesterday that helped the older man)...Thanks!
