Hey Vinny, I appreciate you taking the time to bring this to my attention! We have our Starburst and Frosted Cookies on the shelf as our high CBD selections! I'll say that 98% of the flower that goes out our door is deli style! We do package up small amounts the night before, anticipating how many of which strains we are going to sell the next day so nothing is in a package for more then a couple days. Seems like the one you got might have not been rotated out correctly and my deepest apologies for that. If you find yourself in our side of town again, I would be so excited to make it right and put something we are proud of in your bag! We are proud of what we do, and appreciate the feedback. PS. Can you please describe the budtender? If possible, can you recall the date/time of your visit? If so, what were you wearing? I'd like to review the video footage and see if we can pin-point this lack of customer service - we do not tolerate such poor performance, we emphatically train our budtenders to give their ALL to the customer and their experience, so if this is truly the case, I want to know exactly who that budtender is so we can provide immediate corrective action. Please feel free to come into the shop anytime and ask for Marc or Sandy - please give as many critical details as possible. Thank you.
