After two visits to Embarc’s new Outlet in Woodland since it opened, and I’ve been really impressed. The concept is simple; products that are being rotated out of Embarc’s other dispensaries are moved to the outlet and discounted anywhere from roughly 30% to 75%. They also have an extensive menu and regularly priced products. What surprised me is the quality of what you can find. Top end brands like Alien Labs, CAM, UpNorth and other top-end flower at very reasonable prices, with batch dates that were still quite acceptable. One Alien Labs jar was about eight months old, but it was still surprisingly moist, flavorful, and enjoyable. My most recent visit was especially good for edibles. I found Dr. Norm’s chocolate chip cookies, Wyld, Good Tide, Lost Farm, Heavy Hitter edibles—all at substantial discounts. You can pre-order from the online menu, but I prefer going in and reviewing the products and batch dates with the budtender before I buy. If you’re willing to spend a little time looking through the menu and checking dates, the Embarc Outlet can be a fantastic place to find premium brands at serious discounts. Definitely worth a look if you’re in the Woodland area.

Clean, modern, spacious store with easy freeway-adjacent parking and genuinely knowledgeable budtenders — bigger selection than the Davis location too. Picked up Preferred Gardens Sour Zoap AIO on a budtender’s recommendation for a daytime option — a newer cross (Zoap × Sour Diesel BX1) that’s still flying under the radar. Glad I tried it: smooth, natural flavor with none of the fake-oil taste some carts have, likely thanks to the terpene-preserving oil. Adjustable voltage (1.8–2.4V) — I run it at the lowest setting and the terpenes really come through. Great first impression and enjoyable strain. I will have to try Preferred Gardens again soon

Artist Tree in Davis is always convenient with on-site parking, quick and friendly service from knowledgeable staff. with rotating discounts on top named brands. On my recent visit, grabbed the Karisma “Chem De La Sour”, one of the best live rosin vapes I’ve tried. Top-notch flavor, smoothness, and effects. A long, slow draw gives an almost dab-like hit. Pricey, but worth it. Great to see a shop carrying hard-to-find brands like this. Highly recommend.
