Something clearly wrong with how it pulls and the vapor it creates, and I know previously this wasn't this bad. Be wary of where you buy from

One of the products got mixed up, and that I could've forgiven if they could've done something about the spoiled XJ-13 cart (clearly something wrong with it), but basically got told by the manager to take it up with the brand. Two stars because at least the rest of the order didn't suck but folks should know it's a gamble ordering here
