Wanted to take a moment to shout out Casey, the budtender I just worked with. They were warm, hospitable, efficient, and made sure to let me (1st time customer) know how happy Rugged Roots was to have my business. They also made sure to highlight that 1st time customers get 15% off their first four orders. A lot of studies show that if you can get a customer to come back four times in a row you'll have a customer for life. If all my experiences are like this one I will be coming back for my 5th visit in no time.

Before I get into anything else I want to make something clear: I think you should shop at Paul's Boutique. Windham is drowning in options for cannabis, but so far Paul's is my favorite. Their service is prompt, their curbside is fast, great first time freebies. Phenomenal flower. Testing isn't required of medical in ME Anyone doing it is doing it at their expense because they want to do right by their customers. I applaud making QRs linked to testing standard on all products. However: my Grapeology joint linked to Purple Punch testing, Pineapple Cherry to Do-si-do (tube said THC 20.5% but total active cann 19.8%?) and White Montage's testing had max THC 23.9% which means the tube's 27.2% was its THCA and natural THC value added. Could be better. That being said all their flower is amazing! White Montage was super clean and smooth. I will be back for ThaixECSD. It's an amazing sativa! . My 8ths QR was too small to scan but I loved it. Testing isnt everything. Good weed is weed!!!

Cannabis done right should go for a fair price and GrassMonkey is always more than fair to me. Started going there when they first opened up their storefront. Was instantly hooked on the unique, loud, and eye-popping decor. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly, every strain was as good or better than the next. Lots of places will quote breeders average or highest THC potential rather than test their own phenos to see how they match up but I have always felt that when GrassMonkey puts 20% THC on a jar (which seems to be minimum standard potency which I love lol) they mean it. The absolutely only time I ever had a problem with a purchase I went back and spoke with the manager Nicole, worked out an extremely fair remedy and left with an armful of strains that put me right back where I need to be.
