Charging the extra fee when doing ATM transaction, and then giving us the difference in cash, has always been weird. But today, the cute one in the red, with the lined up mustache, kept my change. And, that was after he tried to charge me $20 over the actual price. The funny part is, I knew he was doing it. He clearly needed the three dollars more than I did. So, you’re welcome. ;)
