I love almost every amazing budtender who works at the Carson city Nevada Zen Leaf but management and The way the Carson city Nevada Zen Leaf store is ran is not to company standards nor to the standards set up by the industry CCB and is the downfall of the industry. I see a class action lawsuit in the very near future for employees who had to endure a sub standard work environment. This company tells the employees that they are safe from customers who do not act accordingly and that the company will BAN customers if they are flirting or making a budtender feel uncomfortable! Thats not the truth. The store manager just expects her employees to be abused. The poor distribution of the “communal tips” and the once a year raise of less than .25cents is not worth the toll this environment takes on the kind bud tenders souls.
