Sam should NOT be a manager. She is terribly rude to customers by accusing them of lying and cheating when I was trying to make a legitimate return. I used to be 100% loyal to Trulieve... now.... I will never be back. The worst part is that Corporate said a regional manager would call me to resolve the issue... 2 weeks later and that didn't happen either.
