Although we have to wait for next day delivery, Rise and Blackbird were very polite, accurate, and responsive with my order. Product was correct, very good, and overall one of the nicest places to do business. Thanks Rise NV!!

During the Closure of storefronts I had to order on line. First were out of one item and called me to see if I would like something else. Outstanding!! Second, they used my reward points to lower my total. Awesome right!! Third, they texted me when they were in there way to make sure I was there. Fourth, I got my package within 30 mins of my request but I checked everything and one cartridge was broken and leaking in the box. Lastly, they brought me a new one within an hour and told me too keep the broken one which was still usable. If you order from anyone else you are cutting yourself short of an awesome experience and product
