Placed an order early in the day and was given a 3-hour ETA. I waited over 9 hours with zero updates, no driver status change, and no communication from customer service. To keep me waiting all day only to cancel the order right at closing time without any explanation is completely unacceptable. Absolute waste of time and terrible service. Save yourself the headache and order from somewhere else.
