We are so sorry about the experience you had with the cartridge product and the customer service you received. We at Nature's Releaf pride ourselves in our customer service and want to ensure that every customer goes home happy. Unfortunately, however, we are bound to our return policy for our cartridges, which states that a customer must have a receipt and the packaging of the cartridge being returned. The return policy is defined on the bottom of each receipt. This return policy is due to the inability to verify the device was purchased from Nature's Releaf without the packaging/receipt. To ensure that the product is defective, we test the cartridge on a machine that tests the Ohms of resistance within the cartridge. If you are willing to come back in, I will test this product myself and if it is defective I will make it right with you - receipt or not. Our weedmaps reviews mean a great deal to us, please give me a chance to make this right! - Karissa (manager)
