I placed an order over $75 since that’s what the company required. I am currently sick at home so I’m unable to go pick up anything from stores. I placed my order yesterday and it got canceled due to the weather, I replaced the order today and my main purchase was for a pen. I didn’t receive this and called the store and tried to find a way to be able to fix this. She said I’d have to place a new order of over $75 to get this and guaranteed me that I was able to repurchase one. I checked after the call and your website doesn’t even offer these. So I wasted $75 on extra things when my main goal was to get a pen battery for my dab pen which max is $20. Very frustrated, feels like I waisted my money on a business that doesn’t care. The lady on the phone swore and was quite rude to deal with. Very upset with the service I received from this company.
