I made an order at 10:30 AM on the order It said it would be here between 11 and one there was no confirmation email text ever sent so I called in at 12:30 three times and no one called me back. I called again left a message. They reached out at 3:30 to confirm the order. What horrible customer service this place is a joke save your time go somewhere else.

Place is amazing products and it’s pretty consistent with the delivery time

..I’ve been a loyal customer to this place for a long time was super happy that they deliver out here now it’s crazy how one person can change your mind on a company or a business and make you never wanna go back.. Jen the dispatcher super super sharp and rude to me. They never sent me the link to their program for paying with a card. So when the delivery person showed up I wasn’t ready then I couldn’t get my card to work with their system so I told delivery person I would go to the bank and grab cash literally two blocks away from my house I was gone for two minutes and the ladies telling me the delivery person‘s gonna leave I’ve been gone for 10 minutes I tried to explain to her five or eight of the minutes was me trying to get into their system. Sucks and one person ruins how do you think about a company

This place is rad .. fast delivery and everything I got was super fire .. the live resin is really well priced compared to most other clubs and the terps are on point .. I will b sending my friends and family for sure .. they definitely have a return customer..
