Good afternoon, I am one of the owners here at AMC. . I want to start off and apologize of your bad experience with our product . We here at AMC care a great deal about each and every one of our customers and always strive to carry only the best of the best of all our assortment of products. . We , fortunately , have never had an issue like this before . Our product is always inspected throughly before making it onto the shelves. Although I am aware that there is always a possibility that something may slip through the cracks , and if in doing so we will always go above and beyond to make it right and make our customer always wanting to come back. As just, In your case we did try our best to make this right with you . The first time that you mention as being about a month ago I do recall that we offered to drive back to you and were willing to give a full refund while also offering you a different strain of your liking , But you did tell us you threw it away. We again, apologized but were unable to give you a refund on an ounce that was not returned to us for inspection in order to hold ourselves accountable. We appreciate you again giving us another shot and apologize that you were unsatisfied. We would never let a product go out to any customer with any trace of mold. After learning about the issue you had this time around we did again attempt to make it right with you and after picking up the product we did inspect both products and did not find any traces of mold. As far as the taste , it is outdoor so may be a little harsher than our indoor but we do have a lot of satisfied customers coming back for the same product that you returned . I did just want to reach out to you and thank you for choosing AMC and we hope that in the future if you are looking for great quality bud you will give us another shot, And if not then we wish you the best . I ask if you have any more concerns you call the store to speak with myself , Melissa or Frank so that we can assure you get the finest quality . You would help a great deal in doing so because although your review is only one of very few unsatisfied reviews , bad reviews do hurt . Again , Thank you for choosing AMC !!!
