It’s not easy running a state/Med regulated dispensary, as opposed to a recreational location, and the management/budtenders have always proactively went out of their way to make things right when inconveniences unavoidably affect patients due to inexperienced FL cannabis regulation. Also, as a corporate entity, Trulieve allows their employees to receive cash tips; Which naturally greatly enhances the budtender’s personal accountability to each patient, and the resulting patent care speaks for itself. Finally, where else can I purchase 7 grams of pre-ground medicine for $25 tax-free? This is a great location; From the security guards to the GM... all nice people!
