Their buds were so dry. They wanted to sell me another brand but didn’t want to give it to me for the same price. They suggested I use silicone packs to bring the hydration back to the bag. I bought 1/2 oz and tried the silicone packs like they suggested and it wasn’t helpful. Zero stars just because of the customer service and making me spend extra for their failed suggestion

This dispensary failed me this time with this product. Really wish they had given me something fresh but they said all their buds are dry like that and then suggested I get silicone packs for rehydration. It didn’t give me the high I thought it would sine it does have high thc
