I’ve been a regular customer at Levels in Niles for quite some time, despite curbside always being slower than I’d like. Today was the last straw. I placed a curbside order and parked where curbside had always been. I waited about 45 minutes while employees repeatedly walked past my car without acknowledging me. When I finally asked, I was told curbside had moved “a couple weeks ago.” No one thought to mention that during the 45 minutes we sat there. Did I mention that this is the same spot, literally, that I have parked every other time I have visited. After moving to the new curbside area, we were still ignored. By then I was frustrated, and I admit my tone wasn’t polite when I asked if anyone was going to help us. The employee simply replied, “Nah, I ain’t helpin’ y’all.” We left and went to Primitiv across the street instead. Mistakes happen, but ignoring customers and responding like that is unacceptable. I won’t be back.
