My husband and I had an awful experience with this company and they have made no efforts to amend the situation. On Monday my husband went in and purchased 3 eights with Nabil at register 1 around 12:45. We opened the bag given to us by nabil when we arrived home that afternoon and noticed there were only 2 eights accounted for and after double checking the receipt we confirmed we were definitely charged for all 3. We left a review on Google about our experience and they left a generic response asking us to reach out so they could "fix" the situation. My husband has attempted to call, was sent to voicemail and since this company does not have any client facing email, we are at the mercy of them checking the voicemail. It is now Friday and we have received no communication back and no efforts from the company to make this right. Save your money and shop somewhere where you will actually receive the products you spend your money on.
