Jaime, Luis, and the tall manager I believe to be manager in charge. Thank you for giving me faith in humans again. I purchased a 710 labs battery and 3 pods spending over $200 after taxes and they all stopped working. I was so bummed I was going to throw them away and move on but I called to see if this was normal. Jaime told me come in here and we will get this figured out. I came in 30 mins later and they replaced everything! I love you guys.
