Worst Customer Service in Vegas
The Vice president of Green has zero tact or customer service skills. I was the victim of fraud and was given a $20. I tried to use the unknown at Green and the vp took personal offense that I didn't know my bill was counterfeit. Money is all that matters to Green and it made that point clear with his unprofessional attitude. I will never return to Green.

The Best of Vegas
Most every shop in Las Vegas is overpriced, however with the weekly deals The Dispensary is the best. On my first visit I was tended to by Shawn Jaws, he was knowledgeable and friendly (something I didn't find at Planet 13 or Essence). The wheel of weed is fun and a good idea. My only request is please do more for your medical patients.

Outstanding Shop with Organic flowers.
I stopped here for some local concentrates and was not disappointed one bit. The highly knowledgeable budtender directed me right to the proper strains and terpenes that I enjoy. The RSO was some of the best I've seen, CO2 extraction does wonders to the product The taste was outstanding. Both the budder and shatter that I got was also top notch. If you find yourself nearby, by all means, stop here!

Clueless budtender, dangerous neighbor, expensive.
The first couple of times, I visited this place in the daylight hours and it seemed okay. The "security" person was too busy on her phone to notice anything going on other than to open the door for guests. The old Filipinos man budtending couldn't care less and didn't understand basic questions about products. The pricing is about double what they should be for the quality received. Don't even consider visiting this place past dark, it is very unsafe and getting back to your car can be a serious issue.

This place used to be the best...
On my first visit to Vancouver, Mary Jane's was the best. A huge selection, friendly staff, and lots of customers. Upon arrived this place was dead, their selection went from over a hundred concentrate products to under 20. When asked about the lack of selection, the manager told me it was due to poor supply, in the harvest season! Please don't lie to customers, it makes the shop look bad. The concentrates that I got were not too flavorful and one was over a year passed it's expiration date. I was greatly disappointed in the House of Grass.

Rude but decent selection
This was my first stop after exiting the plane and man, was I disappointed. The doorman was rude and my budtender acted like she could care less that we were there. It doesn't take much to be hospitable. The selection and price was good though.

Very disappointed
After reading good reviews, I decided to check this place out. The receptionist was friendly but that was the end of my enjoyable experience. First they offer no benefits to medical patients other than a shorter line. The manager ignored my questions about the product and was rather condensing . The budtender didn't know basic information about capsules. They go off the assumption that their are no other knowledgeable cannabis professionals will show up at their counter, so they don't believe they need accurate information. The cashier at the end attempted to charge me $2 for a bag till she found put it was my first visit here. After the high prices, taxes on medical, and lackluster staff, I won't be returning and suggest you do the same.
